These are working development terms. A legal review is required before production release.

Purpose

EVSmartRoute is a tool for electric vehicle route planning, charging station visualization, and approximate charging, time, and cost calculations.

Accuracy limitation

Station data, availability, prices, routes, and timing are indicative and may differ from real-world conditions. The driver is responsible for checking the route and travel safety.

Account and garage

The user is responsible for the accuracy of vehicles, batteries, connectors, and trip settings entered in the service.

Prohibited use

Unauthorized access, service overload, misuse of false data, or copying and reselling data without permission are not allowed.

Changes

EVSmartRoute may update features and these terms as the service evolves.
